Make Music, Win Things!

Every week, starting today, we’re giving away a great prize from Altec Lansing to the winner of our weekly contest! We’re going to kick off with the sweet inMotion7 - the ultimate portable audio system for all dockable iPods!

This week, January 15th to January 21st, 2007, we’re going to warm you up by Remixing Rig. That’s right - Everyone’s favorite Splicer has enthusiastically agreed to be our first sonic victim. Here is how it works:

1. Simply make a song using one of Rig’s sounds. (You can find them in his profile.)
2. TAG YOUR SONG with remixrig to enter the contest.
3. Get it played! This contest is based on how many times your song has been played, so start linking!

Did you know you can easily put your song in your MySpace page? Just open your song, copy the code at the bottom where it says Player Tag and paste it. If you want to get really fancy, hit Use AutoPlay - this means that every time someone goes to your page, the song will play automatically! What a great way to rack up some spins! The comment box will work in your main profile, your blog, your favorites and even in comments you leave to your friends.
